199€ – This fee covers first-time sign-up and installation when you sign a contract with us, regardless of service type.

The term ‘installation’ means our technicians connecting your router to an endpoint: being either the antenna from CSISP or an existing fiber/telephone box. Any extra work that has to be done, or extra equipment that has to be used is not covered by the installation fee.

When you sign a contract with us you own the equipment you buy, the only exception is services installed using WiMAX technology: The antenna and PoE adapter is property of CSISP.

La Gaviota subscriptions must be renewed within 12 months of previous billing cycle; inactivity for a longer period auto-terminates your contract with us. If your service has been installed using WiMAX technology, that equipment must be returned to us. El Canario subscriptions are annual and are auto-renewed yearly.

We cover the south side of Gran Canaria from El Pajar outside Arguineguín to Playa del Cura. There are few if any locations we’re not able to deliver Internet service to in the south.

In a best case scenario you should test speeds using a wired connection, wireless is not suited for performance testing your network. If your router has 5GHz capabilities you might get a satisfactory result on wireless as opposed to a 2.4GHz router, but results will often vary wildly. That’s why we always recommend you speedtest using a wired connection to combat any potential noise and interruptions on wireless.

On sites where we have fiber-optics running from our datacenter to your local node we offer increased speeds.

This upgrade is available for an additional 19€/month in select locations for El Canario subscribers.

You can extend your service by a maximum of two (2) months at the end of every billing period for 60€/month, please contact us before your subscription expires. This is only applicable to clients with La Gaviota subscription.
